He trained as a Consultant in the firm of Michael Stevens & Associates (Financial & Management Consultants) now Michael Stevens Consulting; had a brief stint at CAALANI Limited/ PGC Consulting as Corporate Resources Manager and was General Manager at Neads Consult Limited (Management Consultants). He later transferred his services to Mastersports International LImited, Lagos as Head, Human Resources & Admin./ GM.

He has attended training programmes in HR Management, General Management, Marketing & Sales, Digital Media Marketing etc.

Joel possesses BSc (Hons) Biology and a professional MILR & HRM, MCIPM, MNITAD and MNIM. He is a multi–skilled Consultant in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development Consulting.  He also belongs to the Society of Human Resources Management of United States of America and possesses Prince 2 (Project Management) Professional Certification.

Joel has also attended about thirty various Management Training programs within and outside the country. He has an extensive exposure on evolving best strategies, which involve developing people and designing Management Systems, the combination of which drive Corporate performance.
